What? Quoi ?
Friture Culture is a deep fried dish: a public blog with insignificant entries on foreign language and culture (batter) and an access restricted website with significant activities, links, and much more (food about to be fried) for my current students.
Who? Qui ?
C’est horrible de devoir parler de soi…
With more than 25 years of work experience in the education world on two continents, I currently teach French (language, culture, and literature), Francophone Lit., French Lit. in English Translation, Viewing Diversity, and Social Justice at universities in and around a city thinking it’s the Lisboa of the Pacific.
Being in the classroom, at the office, and in the field helping students is not just a job, it’s a passion. And this website’s goal is merely to continue to offer my students concrete support and advice for them to achieve the level of proficiency they set their minds to. Reading, writing, but foremost understanding and speaking a foreign language is a slow process during which one gets discouraged easily. You will find help here.
